- Served for five years as the Southern Area Manager for the Mental Health Program at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
- Later transitioned to the private sector, continuing the family legacy by managing and developing Danoun Industrial Electrical Company.
- Experienced in building networks and partnerships with international companies and factories, leading to business expansion into the United Arab Emirates.
- Actively promotes partnerships between the private sector and academic institutions.
- Contributed to the development of academic programs and specializations, aligning them with labor market needs and enhancing opportunities for youth and graduates.

- Member of various councils, committees, and initiatives at Palestine Ahliya University, Al-Quds Open University, and Al-Quds University (Abu Dis).
