Work continues on the roads rehabilitation, maintenance, beautification and general cleaning project

Under the Recovery and Job Creation Programme funded by the Municipal Development and Lending Fund, workers from Beit Sahour Municipality’s Maintenance Department, together with workers hired under the programme, continued extensive kerb painting on a number of the city’s streets, improving road safety and the appearance of the streets.

The work is part of the “Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Beautification of Roads and General Cleaning in Beit Sahour” project, and of the Municipality’s continuing efforts to provide temporary jobs, raise the standard of basic services provided to residents and keep the city looking its best.
